Your webhook is treated like a secret.

Information we store

When you subscribe, NoScope stores the selected event or team, notification preferences, an encrypted Discord webhook URL, a one-way webhook fingerprint used to prevent duplicates, delivery health, and a private unsubscribe token. Saved webhook names are stored when you choose to add one.

Account information

Account authentication is provided by Clerk. NoScope receives an account identifier and limited profile information needed to show your account and associate it with subscriptions. Passwords are handled by Clerk and are not stored in the NoScope database.

Delivery records

NoScope records which alert types were successfully sent for each match. This prevents duplicate notifications and powers the public aggregate Alert count. These public totals do not reveal webhook URLs or identify individual subscribers.

How webhook URLs are protected

Webhook URLs are encrypted before database storage and decrypted only when an alert must be delivered. NoScope never asks for your Discord password or Discord account credentials.

Third-party services

NoScope uses third-party services for authentication, billing, alert delivery, schedules and results, application data, hosting, scheduled delivery work, and analytics. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

Essential storage supports authentication, security, theme choice, and cookie preferences. If you select Accept analytics, NoScope loads Google Analytics to measure page visits, navigation, device and browser categories, and approximate region. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default. Advertising storage and personalization remain denied even when analytics is accepted. Rejecting analytics does not prevent account or alert functionality.

You can reopen Cookie settings to withdraw or grant analytics consent at any time. Withdrawing consent prevents future Analytics loading and collection on NoScope; it does not retroactively delete information already processed. You may also clear site data using your browser.

Payments

Stripe processes paid memberships and handles card and billing details. NoScope stores Stripe customer and subscription references, plan, billing period, payment status, renewal date, and cancellation state to provide membership access and respond to billing events. NoScope does not store full card numbers.

Retention and security

Account-linked data is retained while your account or subscriptions remain active. After account deletion or the end of a subscription, operational, delivery, security, billing, dispute, and backup records may be retained for up to one year to investigate problems, prevent fraud, and resolve payment or service issues. Information may be kept longer only when required by law. No online service can promise absolute security, but NoScope limits access and encrypts webhook destinations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal data. Account deletion disables subscriptions and removes or anonymizes data unless retention is required for security, billing, disputes, or law.

Your choices

You can pause, edit, or unfollow an item from My subscriptions, manage billing from My account, export or delete your account data, and delete or rotate a webhook in Discord at any time. Account deletion removes active subscriptions and notifies each connected Discord destination that delivery has stopped.

Operator and contact

NoScope operates this service and determines how application data is processed. Privacy, access, correction, export, deletion, and consent questions can currently be submitted through the NoScope Discord community.

This notice may be updated as NoScope develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page by changing its effective date.
