TERMS OF SERVICE

Clear rules for using NoScope.

These terms describe the conditions for using NoScope accounts, Discord delivery, paid features, and account deletion.

Service and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and have permission to use every Discord webhook you connect. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Alerts and third-party data

NoScope depends on third-party schedules, results, streams, Discord, and hosting providers. Alerts may be delayed, incomplete, rescheduled, or unavailable. NoScope is an informational service and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery.

Plans, tokens, and payment

One active follow consumes one follow token. Removing a follow returns that capacity. Plan limits, prices, renewal periods, and included features are shown before purchase. Paid access may be suspended after failed payment, cancellation, refund, fraud, or abuse.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe its security, automate abusive requests, submit webhooks you do not control, resell access without permission, or use alerts for unlawful activity. Access may be limited or terminated to protect NoScope and its users.

Account and data deletion

You may request account deletion from Manage account or Contact. Deletion disables active subscriptions and removes or anonymizes account-linked data that NoScope is not legally required to retain. Delivery and security records may remain for a limited period for fraud prevention, dispute handling, backups, and legal compliance.

Cancellation and changes

You can stop a follow at any time. Paid-plan cancellation takes effect according to the terms shown at checkout. Features and plan limits may evolve; material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoScope is provided “as is” and is not responsible for indirect loss caused by missing or inaccurate esports data, failed third-party services, or webhook configuration.

Contact

Questions, disputes, and deletion requests can be submitted through the Contact link in the footer. These terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before accepting payments publicly.
